Computer Lab

Technology advancement has affected every sphere of life especially education. This has changed our perception of what a school should provide for its students. In times of booming technology the computer labs at NCSA provide the appropriate platform to the students to be future technocrats.

The school imparts computer education to the students to make them aware of computerized and latest technologies inclusive of Audio-Visual aids.

Computer Science department is well equipped to inspire and hone the scientific approach in students to pursue computer science as an ever progressive branch of study. It serves as an apt tool for developing and presenting audio-visual aids to assist in comprehensive learning in other subjects as well.

Well-designed and separate computer labs for kids and older children, run by a well-educated and qualified faculty, with one-on-one access, which means there is one computer for each child. Pre – primary kids learn words through PowerPoint presentations and innovative software.

We have invested in new ERP software which would further raise teaching-learning-working at Udgam to contemporary technological standards.

There are 50+ computers in our labs currently. They are state-of-the-art with multimedia, most of them with 17″ LCD monitors that are easier on eyes, generate less heat and consume less power thereby keeping the classroom atmosphere comfortable for children. We use our own LAN with Windows 7 for teaching-learning, documentation and presentations. Currently we can claim 1:10 as the 'student to computer ratio' on campus.
